there are some tips to improve your vocabulary while speaking to someone :-
• don't care much about grammar while speaking because that thinking may make make u conscious and distract your fluency ( but you have to see that you aren't speaking any meaningless this, I mean the sentence formation should be good ).
• While speaking look into the eyes of the person u r talking with. You can also observe that if your teacher is talking to you but is looking at someone else, then will you be able to understand and concentrate on her ? No, right. So that is applicable to everyone.
• For practice you can stand in front of mirror and start speaking in English.
• Try to speak in English with your friends or also your classmates. You can speak in English while talking to any of your teachers and specially your English teacher so that they can correct and improve you.
• You can see more English movies or change the language to English in settings.
