AUTOSOMAL DOMINANT CONDITION
- occurs in autosomes.
- single results in expression of characterS
- present in all generation(no skipping of generations)
- egs:- Myotonic dystrophy, Retinitis pigmentosa, Hushingtons syndrome, etc.
X - LINKED DOMINANT CONDITION
- occurs in X- chromosome.
- a single allele can cause expression of disease.
- males and females are exactly affected.
- daughters of affected fathers are always affected.
- eg- Rickets, etc.
