1)select the autoshape, text box or cell whose orientation is to be changed
2)choose the text direction option from the format menu word displays the text direction dialoge box
3)choose an orientation offered
4)click OK

• To change text orientation in MS Word follow these steps :-
• Insert a text box at first. Select Insert > Text Box from Top Menu.
• Type in your text box.
• Click on the text box again and you'll see a rectangular line bordering it. Each corner of it will be provided with circles or handles. Use them to lengthen it according to your need.
