Well, you don't have to link it, you just train the NN in simulation, then extract the topology of the NN, including edge weights and node links. Then you program the NN (it's just an equation you have to solve). I think it sounds like a little more research is needed before you take on this project. – Josh Vander Hook Nov 28 '12 at 23:35
