How to treat a severely crowded teeth without extraction with ideal nasolabial angle?

A question from orthodontics.
What's the age of the pt?
If pt is young and arch is having space, then removable orthodontic appliance can be given.
If pt is more than 13 years and alveolar growth has stopped, then fixed orthodontic appliance is given.
