first check that it has driver installed on it or not
and if it is Installed then just simply click on the network option and then wireless connection

Hi,
if you have installed new operating system then you have to install device driver of your network adapter, if you have CD of those device driver then please go ahead and intall them, else go to manufecture website of your laptop you will find find driver there, after installation find network settings according to your computer and follow steps to enable internet.
