STEPS :
1). Log in with Google.
2). Open your profile.
3). Search the name of the user whom you want to unblock.
4). In his/her profile there would be two option. They are :
• Add a friend
•Write a message
5). Click on the second option.
6). Your message box will appear.
7). Slide down and there would be a option to unblock.
8). Just click on the option and the user will be unblocked .

Here are some steps you have to follow for that :-
First go and search 'brainly.in' in Google. Lon in there , search the username whom you have reported , go in his / her profile and tap on send messages ,, then you see the unblock option, tap on it and the username is unblocked .. now you can talk to him/her.
