You can unblock anyone through brainly website brainly.in
Firstly search the username and open their profile after that you will see an option to write a message click on that then you will find an option to unblock.

◆HOW TO UNBLOCK SOMEONE


--->You can't unblock someone using app

◆First open your id in any web browser like opera,chrome etc.

◆Click on the fourth icon & search username which you want to unblock.

◆Then click on his/her profile.

◆Then there are two options

1) Add to friend
2)Write a message

◆Click on write a message.

Then inbox will appear there then scroll down till end.

◆There is option "start a conversation" click on that & lastly click on unblock

◆Now you can chat with that person.
