according to me you can't unblock someone in brainly app.
otherwise go to the website brainly.in and unblock....

in app we can't do it's not possible
...
=>u can do it on Microsoft phone
=>on site it's easy just go to Google Chrome and type ''brainly.in" and login and then go to noticification and type ur friends name and u can see in ur friends profile one option will be there " write a message" click on that and u can unblock only on site
