How to unlock the bootloader in any Android

use the on-screen menu to reboot your phone (or run the fastboot reboot command from your PC). If everything worked correctly, you should see a new message at boot stating that your bootloader is unlocked, and after a few seconds it should boot into Android..

first root ur device with kingroot without pc. it will root ur device in some minute. 

then go to play store and download QUICK REBOOT. (it need root)

then grant him root when it ask for root permission 

now u will se an option like bootloader click on that  and it will enable ur bootloader.
