1) cube

each cube consist of six squares with equal sides

now, TSA = area of six squares = 6a square

where a = side of square

foe volume, we will multiply the area with the height of the surface = a square multiply by a = a cube

2) cuboid

each cuboid consist of six rectangles have three dimensions namely length, breath and height

now TSA of cuboid = area of all rectangle above = 2lb + 2bl + 2hl

TSA = 2( lb+bh+hl)

volume = area of rectangle into height

volume = (Lb) into height

the volume of cuboid = lbh

3) pyramid

TSA= 1/2 height a + 4a

(where h = height of pyramid and a = side of base)

volume of pyramid = area of base into 1/3 height

volume of pyramid = 1/3 a square h

4) cone

TSA = pie rl + pie r square

where I = slant height of cone and r = radius of base

total volume of come = 1/3 pie r square h

where h = height of cone
