let the zeroes of the polynomial be "alpha" & "beta"

6X² - 3 - 7X

6x² - 7x - 3

6x² - 9x + 2x - 3

3x(2x - 3) + 1(2x - 3)

(3x + 1)(2x - 3)

=> x = -1/3 , 3/2

alpha = -1/3 , beta = 2/3

VERIFICATION:-

sum of zeroes = -b/a

-1/3 + 3/2

alpha + beta = -b/a

(-2 + 9)/6 = -(-7)/6

7/6 = 7/6

now,

product of zeroes = c/a

alpha*beta= c/a

(-1/3) * 3/2 =(-3)/6

-1/2 = -1/2

Hence verified

6x^{2}  - 7x - 3

6x^{2} - 9x + 2x - 3

3x(2x - 3) + 1(2x - 3)

(2x - 3)(3x + 1)

either \: x =  \frac{3}{2}  \: or \: x =   \frac{ - 1}{3}
