Strong acids and bases are 100% ionized in aqueous solution.Weak acids and bases are less than 100% ionized in aqueous solution.Salts of weak acids or bases can affect the acidity or basicity of their aqueous solutions.

Strong Acid - The elements which can ionised completely in aqueous solution , called Strong Acid.
Example - Sulphuric Acid ( H2SO4 )

Weak Acid - The elements which can't ionised completely and ionised partially in aqueous solution, called Weak Acid.
Example - Carbonic Acid ( H2CO3 )
