we need alest 7 hours to sleep .So sleep at 10pm and get up at 5am

1. Put A Alarm clock beside u.
2. Sleep early in the night
3. Take Healthy food in dinner
4. Sleep well in night
5. Never Snooze
6. Cultivate A mental environment
7. Develop your self to follow this routine.
And waking up early is a very good habit.
