how to write a business letter
Answers
Business letters are of two types, block, and indented form When you use the block form to write a business letter, all the data is typewritten flush left, with one-inch margins all around. First give your address, then skip a line and give the date, then skip one more line and give the inside address of the party to whom the letter is written. If you are using the indented form, put your address at the top, with the left corner of the address followed by the center of the surface. Skip a line and transcribe the appointment so that it lines up beneath your address. Type the exclusive address and regards flush left; the salutation should be followed by a colon.
