This letter is in reference to the alarm clock bought from your shop on...(the date u hv bought the alarm clock),whose bill number is 098xxxxxxx. The alarm clock worked fine for 10 days. However it has stopped ringing and sometimes the sound is not clear..(or any other problem u can write).
I am enclosing the bill along with this letter and as the alarm clock is still under warranty period, I request you to repair or replace it immediately.
An early action from your side will be really appreciated.

Sir,
With reference to our bill No. BF 0325 dated 25 december 2018, I would like to complain about an alarm clock that I bought from your shop. I regret to inform you that it is not working properly as it lags one hour behind the time and so does not serve the purpose for which I bought it.
I request you to either replace the alarm clock or repiar it so that I may take advantage of the alarm system.
I hope you will take quick action against it.
