Writing a Job Application

1)First you need to write your address at the top left of the paper.

Here you write your:
•Date

•Name

•Address

•Phone Number

•Email Address


2)After writing your personal information you have to write the name of the company and the name of the employer to whom you are sending the application.


Here you write:

•Name of the employer

•Name of the Company

•The company's address

3)Now you need to write the content of your application.Its the most important part.

•Start by Addressing your employer.You can write Dear (the name)

•After that write the content.You have to be really vivid at expressing your ability to the employer.

You need to start very nicely so that the employer can have a good impression.

After that give some information about your ability for doing the job.

Explain why hiring you could be beneficial to the Company.

At the end of the application thank the employer for finding time to read it and show interest that he/she might let you know the outcome.

End the application with something like 'Yours faithfully' and write your name.

i am 20 years old and enjoy a good health. a salary of about Rs.10000 a month would induce me to take the job.i am also enclosing with this letter some of my testimonials whivh may be some help to you to access my abilities .

if i am appointed in your service , i assure you that i will do my best to satisfy you with my work and conduct.
