sub : Requisition for 2 days leave

With regards to the above mentioned subject I Isha Emmanuel from grade 10 will not be able to attend classes on 5th April to 6th due to sudden death of my big father.

It's a great shock to our whole family and it's important to stay there and carry out all the funeral rituals
