How to write a letter asking for construction of community hall in village

Respected Sir,

i write this letter with the purpose of getting Community Hall in our area.

The people in our area are requested you to construct Community Hall in our area.

It is because we did not have any public location to gather for social support, group activities and even public information.

Also, kindly make our Community center fully secular like youth clubs. Thank you sir.
