Most humbly I am to inform you that I could not attend my classes for two days as I have to take care of some urgent domestic works because both my parents left suddenly to attend the funeral of a close relative.

Therefore, I earnestly request you to consider my request and grant me leave of absence for two days, that is from 18th to 19th August, 2019.
