sub: Requisitions for five days leave.

with regards to the above mentioned subject I Aditi working in V - company would not be able to attend the office on 14th February to 19 th February 2019.

I along with my family going to an excursion to Delhi . kindly please grant me 5 days leave , after returning from Delhi i will complete all of my pending projects.
