Respected Madam,

I want to say that I am newly admitted to your school and there was a delay in the submission of my transfer certificate. My previous school took more than fifteen days in preparing my TC. The last date of submission, as said by the clerk, was five days back. I really apologize for the delay.

Therefore, I request you to grant me a notion of acceptance in regards to my transfer certificate. I hope that you will consider my apology an request.
