how to write a letter to principal in hindi for two days holiday

First you need to write your name and address in the top most left side and then you need to write the 'The Principal' then your school name in hindi .Then you need to write the 'Aadharaneey Pradhanadhyapak'  and then the subject .After that you need to write the matter .At last you need to write 'bhavadeey' which means your sincerely then your name.
