Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter in context of my cheque book. I am your customer for  years and really appreciate your services. However, my cheque book leaves are no more and I requested for a new cheque book but due to some issues, I am unable to come to collect my cheque book and need to withdraw some cash from my account. I request you to please handover my cheque book to my father so, I can withdraw the amount from my account.
