how to write a letter to school principal complaining about online class is not taking seriously by any students during long down..?

here is the body of the letter

I miss xyz have written u this letter to inform that our online classes are not going smoothly. There are many students facing technical issues. Many of them are not at all attentive during the classes. I have made a note of thr names of children who are not attentive during the online classes.

Many of the students are facing poor financial conditions due to lockdown and hence they cannot afford a phone or a laptop.

The unit test of the 1st term is upcoming but students are not at all ready for the test. They arr not sincere regarding the test. We definitely need to take up an essential step. taking care of the students future.
