For writing precis writing we have to follow these steps
- create a grid with columns and rows with the amount of words asked (ex: if 60 words precis then 6*10 grid)
- Then from the given extract cut short the important words making exactly how much asked for.
- then fill the boxes of grid with the words.
- Write the the content from the grid fairly as a paragraph
- You have completed a precis :)
