There is one good way to write a report..

Always remember a word CODER

For any given topic..u have to think of the ideas and events that would have taken place...

C- Collect the ideas..

Then one by one get them into a sequence..

O - Organise the ideas.

After that write the ideas one by one at a rough side and draft them.

D- Draft the ideas.

After that look if there is any mistake in your report..

E- Editing.

Then u have to think about the report again.

R- Re think

Hence your report is ready...
