search lyrics of song in Google and YouTube that you want and write it on copy

I am not a professional either

but tips might help

-Choose a topic (it's your choice to choose a title now or later)

-just write down a para about the topic write everything you can relate to it (since you are a beginner do this otherwise once you write lyrics more you'll not have to write)

now,

hum any melody whatever comes to your mind whenever you hum a melody record it incase you forget it but you liked it a lot so just make sure to record yourself humming

now according to your chosen melody take reference from your para and try your best to write the lyrics
