You should first imagine that u are the author for example the topic is a save the environment u shoul keep a moral that is as save trees save future or ur own proverb as the moral and try to make a story not less than sixty words

U have to imagine things. A story is full of imagination so u don't think that will it happen in real life if the question arises in u the answer is no so imagine and write
