It is contradictory. It is both boon and bane. Because it helps us in many ways like it many times help us to get overcome from many problem but it also create many problems like we fall in many diseases like back pain, headache, eyesight problem, etc.. And nowadays we also come across many news that many children how get addicted to many social media by it and get trapped by some games and social media. so, we can't say completely that it is a boon or bane but limited use of it will lead to boon for us.
