Answers
Answer: This below shown letter is just an example of writing a volunteer letter for someone or to your friend . e.g : like recommending or supporting your friend to be a volunteer at a job centre . Remember when you writing a letter you need to verify that - I have used language that is suitable/appropriate for my audience (person receiving the letter or email). Example:You would use chatty, informal language if writing an email to a friend. You would use standard , formal language if writing a job application letter. In a letter the initial paragraph usually outlines the overall aim of the letter, and the conclusion summarises the main points.
In your letter, you should:

- Then, explain what experience your friend/someone have [with the job]
- Then, describe your friend/someones skills and qualities [ with the job]
- Lastly, describe how he/she would make a difference to the company
