how to write an application for changing the stream -commerce to science

With due respects I beg to say that I had offered science subjects in the month of July, 2OXX. I attended the class for a month. Now, I find myself unable to be good at Chemistry and Physics. Besides I have interest in Commerce.

I, therefore, humbly request you to allow me to offer commerce subjects instead of science subjects.

I shall feel highly obliged.
