How to write an application for library clearance

The library clearance application is as same as any other application. In this application you may write it to a head; in which you are going to mention to clear dues and to return all the books before the graduation. You will initiate with, to whom you want to write, then the subject, the body and the enclosure along with date and sign.

Before going to write the library clearance letter, you must make sure return all issued book and submit the respective copy of the thesis both hard  and soft copy in the part of the CD- Rom.

Resignation letter must be forward  by the guide incase the ph.D thesis is not awarded.
