I, Sarthak Das, am a student of class XI, section 'C' of your reputed institution. I am writing this letter to inform you that I was unable to attend last month’s parent teachers’ meeting held on 30th March. Unfortunately, my grandfather fell unconscious the same morning the meeting was supposed to be held. My grandfather is 80 years old and it was not possible for my parents to leave him alone in that condition.

He had to be taken to the nearest hospital immediately. I also accompanied my parents to the hospital as I was very concerned for my grandfather’s health. I never miss the PTM and I assure you that this will not be repeated in the future. I kindly request you to understand the problem. I will be highly obliged if you consider my situation.⭐
