With your kind permission I would like to apply for one day’s leave from school on 4th September, 2019.  

As you know the Government has made it compulsory for every Indian citizen to possess an AADHAR Card. The date of issuing AADHAR Cards in my area has been fixed on 04th September. The cards will handed strictly to the individual recipients only. It is thus mandatory for me to be present there on that day.  

I once again apologise to you to for botheration. I hope you understand my plight and look over the inconvenience that I have caused to you and pardon my absence. I will be forever indebted.
