I was wondering about the same till few days back , when I got to write an email to the commissioner KVS .
ANYWAYS , WRITING MAIL IS AS EASY AS WRITING A LETTER.
The foremost part is FROM:
which is already there if you are writing a mail .
Next is To: which is to be entered by you . You have to write the email address of the recipient of the email .
Next is the subject which is the most crucial part of the email .
It catches the eye of the recipient if it's interesting. So whatever you are writing , choose a subject which attracts the recipient and hence confirms your email being read.
Next is the body of the email which you usually start with :
1. OFFICIAL MAIL :
Respected Ma'am/sir ,
Respected reader ,
Respected recipient
2 . INFORMAL MAIL :
Dear friend,
Dear (name) ,
Then go forward for what you wish to say . Always confirm the good and precise use of words and grammar .
When you're ending the mail ,
end with :-
1.with love ,
(your name)
2 . with regards,
(your name )
3 . yours sincerely,
( your name )
4 . yours lovingly,
(your name )
5 . a well wisher ,
(your name )
