Dear All,
It has been observed with great concern that most of the employees tend to wear casuals during the regular office hours. All of you know that we are running a Software House and our clients keep on visiting our office frequently. They expect propriety at our end in all respects; therefore it is to inform you all that from now onwards the proper dress code will be followed during office hours.
It is mandatory for the male members to enter the office premises with closed collars. Wearing jeans wares is strictly prohibited in the office. Female employees are also directed to wear formal dresses by avoiding the casual wares under any circumstances.
I hope you people will understand the gravity of the matter and comply with the official directives.
