1.To write a debatable topic, make sure you have to write either for or against the statement.

For example-:

Television has very bad effects on children.

Here, first decide whether this statement is true according to you or not.

So, the very first point is to decide either for or against.

2.According to the second point , write a topic with vocabulary words.

3.Third, it must not be too long, because long becomes an essay, but debates are just of 2-3 minutes.
