Respected sir,
I am writing this letter to got justice and i wish my hope will be fullfilled only by you.
I have forward a authentic picture to VOS which is based upon unsustainable development in sikkim.
On one hand our honble chief minister of sikkim dreamed and still try to make in to a developed state but some people of this place trying to broken dreams of our honble chief minister of sikkim.
Sir I am too much concious about this issue.
I would like to inform you that AH&VS dispensary residing at sadam , the situation can be easily understood through this image.
First let me give some information,

NAME OF CONTRACTOR: Mr Kamal pradhan and Ball bdr. poudyal
AMOUNT SANCTIONED :13,70,000
DATE OF COMMENCEMENT: 06/10/15
DATE OF COMPLETION : 06/02/16
These sorts of unsustainable development are being focused in sikkim but there is something which I felt is not going on right in my place sadam.
AH&VS DISPENSARY was made on 6th feb 16 ....now today 24th oct 16 there is being water seepage on this building.
SIR, we need CHANGE ,we will do SUSTAINABLE development if they do not.
SIR, actually this land belongs to me but subsequently AH & VS dept. illegally captured our land with illegal procedure.
ON a Carefull persual relevant record/documents through RTI ACT 2005 that i come to learn that there are some serious anomalies as given below:
1. That, my father Bhakta bdr. Gurung was the registered owner of plot of land situated at sadam block, bearing khatian no. 91, khasra nos: 121 and 154.
2. That , for setting up a veterinary dispensary at sadam block, Animal husbandary had acquired a piece of land without ascertaining the areas specifically from the landed property of my deceased father during the year 1984 but lots of anomalies and subsequently during the year 2009 animal husbandary got registered the acquired plot of land, when i was eleven years old but whereas my father Bhakta bdr. Gurung died on 01/03/2006.
3. That , it is also learn that my father Bhakta bdr. Gurung obtained a transport loan after mortgaging the plot bearing khatian no: 91,khasra nos.121&154 measuring an area 1.2980 hectors in SABCCO , Gangtok during the year 1999.
I want to say that HOW AH&VS dept got registered our land????
FACT is that my parcha is still mortgage till now..And 1 big mistake done by our officiers and panchayat those who are involved in this matter. They registered our land without associated with LAND ACQUISITION ACT 1894..
I and my MOTHER Suffered due to ILLEGAL, NON-ATTENTIVE , NON COOPERATIVE ATTITUDE of these people.
THERFORE , I being a student , iam not feeling secure after writing this ,have no any alternative to secure myself .
HENCE , I AM REQUESTED YOU TO KINDLY TO SEE THE MATTER FOR FUTURE OF SIKKIM.
