Copper sulphate or CuSO4 is not an covalent compound but an ionic compound. So, it doesn't have shared pairs of electrons. Instead, it has direct give and take of electrons. So, the Lewis structure of copper sulphate will have a structure of sulphate ion and a copper ion separately.
