a notice is a very short piece of writing usually it is in formal style. writing an effective notice is a kind of art  that can be acquired with practice only not by coping from book internet. practice by your self to write good notice.content must be present in notice:----1. name of organization, institute,etc
2.date of issuing.3.heading which make notice very clear to understand.4.an suitable description or eye catching caption.
