how to write or prepare a brief report on earthquake victims?

First you should make a list of places where earthquake had happened then find how many people live in that area. Also measure record the power of earthquake. Then write the names of people who does not belong to that place but came there for some reason. It will help you to differentiate between victims of that region and other region.
