We know the days of the week :

  • Sunday
  • Monday
  • Tuesday
  • Wednesday
  • Thursday
  • Friday
  • Saturday

For arranging them in alphabetical order; we need to keep the alphabets in mind.

\begin{tabular}{c | c | c |} A & B &C \\\cline{1-3} D&E&F\\\cline{1-3}G&H&I\\\cline{1-3}J&K&L\\\cline{1-3}M&N&O\\\cline{1-3}P&Q&R\\\cline{1-3}S&T&U\\\cline{1-3}V&W&X\\\cline{1-3}Y&Z\\\cline{1-2}\end{tabular}

Now following the given alphabetical order ; we can arrange the given words . Starting with the word that has the alphabet which comes in starting ; and then going to the next letter of the same word and comparing it with the letters of other words on the basis of order of letters in the alphabets.

When the days of week are arranged in alphabetical order we get :

  1. Friday
  2. Monday
  3. Saturday
  4. Sunday
  5. Thursday
  6. Tuesday
  7. Wednesday

Basis of order :

Firstly we have checked which of the given words has the alphabets in the starting . Then began comparison with others.
