When semen is discharged in vagina during a sexual intercource, the sperm begins moving up the vagina and uterus finally reaching fallopian tube but only one out of millions fertilises the ovum after that it fuses with it to form zygote which further goes down the fallopian tube and continuously undergoes cell division.
