UNBLOCKING A PERSON IS NOT POSSIBLE, SO INSTEAD USE BRAINLY. IN SITE FOR YOUR WORK

1)First login in to the brainly.in website

2)then search for the user you want to unblock

3)you will see his profile

4)search for write a message

5)you will be directed to messages

6)the website shows you unblock option, finally by clicking it, work is done

we cannot unblock anyone in brainly app, if u want to unblock any person, then u will have to log in to the website (www.brainly.in). then, search the person whom u want to unblock. then click on messages, a blue coloured option will appear. by clicking on that option u can unblock anyone.
