how transport of water food and other substance occur in plant ?

water through xylem, food and nutrients through phloem

vaishnu21march: Water and minerals through xylem are transported to leaves due to the section experienced because of precipitation. Food is carried to other parts of the plant with the help of sucrose that creates osmotic pressure to trigger the movement of the food. Sucrose is produced with the help of ATP stored the leaves.
