trees help in soil erosion by holding the soil together with their roots and prevent the soil by becoming lose and from eroding.trees helps in floods when the water is absorbed faster by the trees and evaporate the water by transpiration.they help in droughts by cooling the atmosphere in one case and trees are the ultimate cause of rains as they contribute in providing water vapour through transpiration..

if we want to grow tree on soil it needs water,it prevents the soil from droughts.if we grow tree on soil, the roots of tree tight and prevent soil from erosion.floods is caused by heavy rain or over flowing of rivers or streams,if plant is grow on soil it takes water from soil and protected the villages by floods
