How UE will use SIB6 information during IRAT HO?

UE will use SIB6 information to get to know about inter rat neighbours.So in RRC_IDLE state UE will read all present System informations based on the scheduling information present in SIB1 and will get to know about all neighbours to serving cell including inter/intra rat/frequency.

Basically SIB3 to SIB8 used by UE for cell selection/re-selection
