How unhealthy, for a young man approximately 23 up to middle aged, to be single for many good years and have very little to no physical or social contact? Please don't prove a 2 page essay as the answer. Thank You in advanced.

Being single for a 23 or up is not unhealthy at all. If you’re an Indian, let me tell you this is just the mindset of the society for it to be unhealthy. It is quite healthy actually. You can focus more on your goal, and you have more time to become a successful person before you also have to take care of someone else. And if this is related to physical activities, there are other things you can do, most of which you already know, I’m sure.

But over all, it’s all okay to be single for a 23 or older aged person.

This is coming from a person who wants to become a Psychotherapist. Thank you, I hope this helps.
