venomous exactly means highly poisonous,but non-venemous means the snake at his early stage carried high poison but at present stage the poison is removed from his body

but non venomous has other chrateristics of killing other enimies
such as :
by preventing them from breathing as they hold their neck as tight that it will not be able to take breathe
